Q1.How to connect the feeder to my phone?
1. Download Tuya APP
2. Register your account & log in
3. Connect to the Wi-Fi
4. Set up the feeding schedule
Q2: Does the feeder support 5G Wi-Fi?
No, the system works ONLY with 2.4G. If you use 5G, please turn off the 5G signal then do the connection.
Q3.Will the food stay fresh in the canister?
Yes, the lid of container is entirely locked and covered to make sure food are fresh.
Q4: Does bowl part can be detached for cleaning?
Yes, the bowl is detachable for cleaning, and this bowl is made of BPA free food-grade plastic, it is 100% healthy and safe to the pets.
Q5: If Wi-Fi is lost and the feeder is programmed, will it still dispense food?
Yes, the feeder will do the feeding programmed even if the wifi is lost. It is equipped with setting memory to prevent sudden power failure
Q6: Is there a log to verify from the phone that feeding happened (e.g. when I'm at work)?
Yes, there is a “Feed Record” on the APP for tracking all the feeding history, including feeding time and amount.
Q7: How big is a portion?
Each portion is about 5-8g, which is 0.18-0.28oz. Itdepends on the food density.
