iOS users: On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and search for “Dokoo Pet.”
Android users: Search for “Dokoo Pet” in the Google Play Store.
Tap “Download” and wait for the app to automatically install.
Step 2: Open the App
After installation, find the Dokoo Pet App icon on your device’s desktop and tap it to open it. The Dokoo App is available in both Chinese and English.
Connecting the Dokoo Pet App
Step 1: Create an Account or Log In
After opening the app, you will see a login screen. If this is your first time, select “Create a New Account.”
Enter your personal information (e.g., email address, username, password, etc.) and complete the account creation process. The Chinese version typically uses a mobile phone number for login, while the English version typically uses an email address.
If you already have an account, simply enter your email and password to log in.
Step 2: Connecting the Dog Camera
On the app homepage, tap “Add Device.”
A QR code will appear on your Dokoo app. After launching the dog camera, scan the QR code on the Dokoo app with the Dokoo Dog Camera’s camera to connect.
Please note:
- The dog camera and your phone must be on the same network and compatible with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi systems.
- The Dokoo device must be within 10 meters of your router and phone.
- Keep the app QR code approximately 15-20 cm from your phone.
- During the connection process, the yellow light will flash for approximately 10 seconds, and the gimbal will oscillate left and right.
If the scan connection is unsuccessful, reset the Dokoo Dog Camera device.
Step 3: Confirm a successful connection
Once the connection is successful, the camera’s live feed will appear on your phone screen, and you can check on your dog through the app. The Dokoo Dog Camera’s indicator light will be blue.

Once you open the app, you will see the camera’s live video stream. You can monitor your dog’s activities at any time to ensure they are in a safe and comfortable environment. Since the Dog Camera supports left and right panning, you can tap the left and right pan buttons to expand your field of view and view your dog’s movements.Two-way Voice:
Tap the microphone icon on the screen to initiate a two-way voice call with your pet through the app, allowing you to comfort or direct your dog.Motion Detection:
